“My car was not cleaned properly. I had to walk around the exterior and point out things, only after wiping it with my finger and showing him the dirt on my finger. The interior was even worse. I even had wash and point out what he was suppose to do. At this point I would not recommend this company or him to anyone. I spoke to him before the start of the detailing about two other cars and a trailer. I am disappointed in the quality of this job”

“I get my car detailed all the time, and since my regular person moved, I was in the market for a new service provider. I chose to do the interior detailing, plus window cleaning. For $215 (higher then most offers out there) I expected at least a decent job, and it was far from that….Never seen a detailing on any of my vehicles be complete in an hour…Smudges, product unevenly applied, creating greasy looking patches on the seats and doors, windows smudgy… As I drove off I realized the floor mat was getting in the way of foot controls, I had to pull over because they had the passengers floor mat on the driver’s side (it did not have cut outs for the foot control)…. and realized that driver’s mat was missing. I called the technician to tell tell him, and he was insistent that there were only three mats in the car, despite my trying to explain there were four, that the conversation went nowhere. I then called my office, and my assistant found that they left the mat on the sidewalk. I tried calling the technician back to tell him that I found it, and that was dishonest to insist that one mat was missing to begin with, and how dangerous it may have been to have the other may in the way of controls… he indifferently said “well, sorry about that” and hung up… NEVER AGAIN! ”
