“Guy did not even fold seats over to get remaining dried on liquid, did not vacuum in that gap either. Did not wipe down surfaces well. This was the worst and most expensive detail I have received from you and I expect some sort of recovery option.”

“I thought a protectorate was going to be applied to all plastic which it was not, running boards were not protected or mud flaps. The tires were dressed but you can't really see it. Rear bumper step not protected. Not sure if ill use your service again.”
