“Person that came to wash the car came an hour late. Had called and gave me a feel of trying to reschedule because it was starting to get dark. He didn’t complete the exterior wash because of a “ emergency “ also missed section of carpet as far as vacuuming. Didn’t shampoo carpet, Used carpet cleaner which did nothing to to clean seat. I have had this vehicle cleaned before and they where able to get it looking brand new. Guy was only there 30 to 40 min because of Said emergency he had. Really feel like I got ripped off. Will never use this companies services again. ”

“$260 for a detail…brake dust still on wheels, exterior was not waxed (actually still looks dirty), and most of the glass (ESPECIALLY THE WINDSHIELD!) was not even touched. After a detail you’d expect the mats to be damp, but not soaking wet. Not only were a few of them soaking, but they were put right back in. The interior looks decent, but it’s marginally better than the $20 premium wash I normally get at my local car wash. Waste of time and money….and I usually NEVER complain. Not happy.”

“Hi There. Your team was very professional, but I felt that they had to get to their next appointment and missed a lot of the detail work. I pointed it out, asked them to do a walk around, but they missed it all again. In addition, they sprayed something in the USB ports and am now getting a warning to remove the USB device repeatedly. There isn't any USB devices plugged in. I will have to troubleshoot it to see if I can fix it. Otherwise, it's got to go to the dealer to figure it out. For the money, I was hoping for a better job. ”

“He did an amazing job. The car basically looks brand new. Hay can be really hard to get out of fabric but he worked some magic to get 99.9% of it out. The last guy didn't do that. Very happy with his work. ”

“Unfortunately, I had experienced a lot of miscommunication. My daughters car got rain inside, so ya’ll said you could have someone clean the car the next day on 11/9. Well- you called me the next day and said their was a mistake- that you mistakenly booked us on 11/14. So then the earliest you could rebook was on Tuesday- 2 days later. Then I had requested the car to be clean in the interior snd exterior- but the guy who came out didn’t have the product to wash the car. We were happy with the job that was finally done on the interior. I think I was charged too much as someone Otto, was suppose to call me back to talk about the job and adjust it as needed. Not a happy customer-”
