“Water spots were not removed with the gold service. After willing to polish to remove said they would not be removed. Car is garaged and well kept not sure how I now have a water spotted hood. One of the gentlemen was on his phone during most of the service. Another was pretending to be working on the wheels while on his phone. But thrilled. Basically just paid a lot of money for a glorified bad car wash. ”
