“Don was very prompt and very nice and professional. There were a few details that were overlooked or needed to be re-done with different chemicals. But in general he did a very good job, in spite of missing a few minor details that should have been addressed. None of these issues are ones that cannot be corrected, as Don is very eager to do a good job and he takes great pride in his work!”

“The only negative was how late the detailing technician finally arrived. He did a good job keeping me updated on his progress and did a wonderful job. I originally scheduled the appointment for 9:00 and he didn't arrive and get started until almost 11:00. Again, he did a good job in keeping me informed that he was running behind and did a great job. ”
