“RJ listened to my primary concern regarding the odor from the car. Explained how he was going to deal with the issue. The results were great. RJ was really friendly which made the whole experience that much better. I really appreciated that I could get someone the same day. The cost was a little more than I was hoping to spend, but in the end it was well worth it.”

The rest of this company is what brought the rating down. My detailer was running late when he was originally scheduled for Friday (and had to be rescheduled to the next day) and instead of letting me know, they just requested I set up my credit card information.
When Bryan arrived on Saturday he charged me for his service, and then I was charged again from setting up my CC info the previous day. (Which I requested be refunded and have gotten NO RESPONSE TO). Then, I got my confirmation text for yesterday's appointment 5hours after my actual appointment!!
Bryan was awesome, and I would absolutely hire him again...The rest of this company just BLOWS!! ”

“The only reason I didn't give a 5, was because I wanted something that wasn't offered. A full chrome wheel clean and polish inside and out. My own negligence, but wishful thinking. The service and crew were out freaking standing. I will always and only use this service. Thank you. ”
