“The interior windows appear to have been cleaned with armoral or something. I cannot see through them if there is any light outside with massive streaks and drip marks on the inside of the front windshield. The doors were left open with the dome lights on so my battery was dead after the appointment and the next day the car smelled stagnate and musty from the wet carpets. The interior seats looked clean though. ”

“Engine compartment wasn’t cleaned. Spots were missed when they washed. Doesn’t look like all seats were shampooed, only the one with the large stain.”

“I was booked and confirmed for a 8-11:00 appointment. At 10:00 tech claimed he was on his way. At 11:00 he called to reschedule for a 2-4:00 at 3:30 got texted claiming he would be there by 3:45. At 5:00 tech finally arrived. Was not happy waiting all day ............ will never use company again for that reason. Peoples time is very valuable. You waisted mine. ”

“Job was done great but there were few things i was disappointed about.
1) The pressure washing machine wasn't working, so now pressure wash.
2) I chose the platinum package so that it includes engine cleaning, but they did not mention that it is not possible without the engine being covered in the car.
So paid more for getting a car wash with detailing work ”
