I purchased the highest level cleaning which included carpet shampoo, leather sanitizing & conditioning wheel cleaning but the technician was not going to perform those services until I pointed them out to him. Also, I was told the service would take approximately 2.5 hours, but the technician took over 4 hours and the car wasn't even very clean when he left. The interior had lots of places left dirty ”
