“My appointment was between 8-10 am. No one arrived until after 1 pm. He did not clean my steering wheel. He also created some sort of mess on my headliner. It looks like something exploded on it. He was supposed to clean it, not make it worse. He also charged me an additional $50 to clean the outside of my car. ”

“The tech was really a nice guy but the service that I was to have done wasn't he was unable to remove them on one of my cars and due to the time I just told him to just work the outside of the other car when I paid to have both the inside and out done and the final bill was a lot more than had been quoted so I will not be a returning customer nor can I in good faith refer you guys thank you.”

“There was a little brake dust on the wheels and a small smudge of clay left over on the a-pillar. This was no big deal and they fixed it immediately. The wash and wax look great and the interior job was very well done. I'm very happy. ”
