“I picked the specific plan because it stated "hand wax", but detailer was only prepared to do a spray wax. I aupplied the wax and the "hand-wax" worked out ok. Other than that, AOK.”

“Positive: guys were very nice. Operator kept me informed of the situation and checked up on the guys regularly.
Negative:
Late due to holiday traffic. Due to being late, it was dark and many spots were missed. on the interior and wheels.
I will most likely not be using this service again.”
