“I can't believe I paid $353.00 for this detailing. My car dirty and I didn't get the services I paid for. Online you state you are a professional company. You send a little lady with her teenage daughter to do my detailing. The lady was telling me the car is dirty because her daughter is learning. I didn't paid for this. My husband started cleaning my car better than the detailers and stated you got robbed. I called your customer service and was told they can't give me the detailer's name because they are a independent contractor. Your website is very deceiving. I didn't get any of the extra treatments I paid for. This whole experience has been a nightmare. ”

“The tech that came was very nice, and the interior looks good. Some people have vices, mine is getting my cars detailed and when I checked out my truck up close when the tech had left I was really just sad. I was charged $550.00 and got a good car wash and clean interior. I never mind paying a premium on something as long as I get what I pay for. I know it is a big truck and the tech was here for several hours, so I thought I would just get charged for what was done and I would have been just fine with that, But I was charged for the Titanium Detail Package and $25 extra for the polymer Sealant. 1)The roof was not done and is still rough to the touch. 2)The engine compartment wasn't even touched. 3)The headliner wasn't spot treated and still had hand marks. 4)The hood of the truck was still rough to the touch. 5) The car was not clay prepped. 6) The car was not compounded 7) I don't no if the wax was put on or the polymer sealant. some parts are shiny with dirt underneath and swirls.”
