“Although the retailers showed up late, they had issues with the equipment (so I completely understand), they did an outstanding job. I had the inside of my car detailed and it looks and smells brand new. The retailers were very friendly and courteous, I wouldn't hesitate to call and request them again.”

“The wheels were not done or not done well, the wax job is horrible, there is debris in the vehicle still, and the carpets are soaking wet and the mats were placed back on them. I would like them to return and finish the job right. Also, what is 2.75% tax for?”
