“The car battery was dead following the detailing. I called and the company said too bad, not our problem. Will be reporting company to Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General’s office’s unit that investigates unlawful consumer business practices. Very disappointed. ”

“The car is much cleaner than before, but nothing close to what I’d expected with a $600 detail. There’s a place in Laurel that’ll do car cleanings for $60 in 30 minutes. This truly wasn’t much better than that…and in some ways it was worse. There are still streaks of dirt in the car, and multiple spots on the seats. There’s crumbs/dirt in the front shoulder rest. There did a lot of work at night, as they arrived a lot later than scheduled…perhaps it was difficult to do a thorough job without enough light?”
