“The work wasn’t bad. But the tech wanted to put a buffer on my car for the wax. I told him no because I don’t want swirls in my paint. Then he got an attitude. I told him the package is for a hand wax and that’s what I want. He told me he don’t care what the package says. I told him I do and that’s why I paid for it. He did hand wax it after all. He didn’t even come to tell me my car was done. He just left. I will never recommend this place to anyone, also i will tell people to steer clear from using this company. He broke a $50 dollar part and he said he would come back later to fix it originally. Well if I didn’t complain he would have never came back. Also he wanted to argue with me, the paying customer, about putting a buffer on my $100,000 vehicle. I believe I would have been better off just forgetting about it and taking a $165 loss then to have to argue with some “know it all” about wax. I detailed cars for a living before, this is definitely not how it is done!!!”
