“Crucial things we discussed were missed. Toilet still had visible waste soil on outside, shower tracks disgusting with old hair and grime/mold and old soap bar not cleaned out, food caked to walls and cabinet handles, backsplash and counter had food stuck, fridge was not wiped down well. All fridge compartments were dirty and freezer had black mold and lots of dust still. Drawers still had some hair and dirt. Dirt and dust under captains chairs. Cobwebs still at baseboard. I paid for a full deep clean and only got a barely light clean. Not sure if carpets were shampooed as they were not wet immediately after and look the same. I had to clean for several HOURS afterwards and there is still more that needs done. My RV wasn’t even terrible to begin with and we discussed what I wanted specifically previously, so it feels like 3 hours and $707 of neglect and waste of time. Not satisfied and would not book again or recommend unless remediation made. Another tech should come back and correct what was missed, or a refund is justified. ”

“This is not intended to be mean spirited only constructive criticism. I am a detailer that can no longer do detailing because of advanced arthritis in my fingers and hands. It was obvious from the start your crew were not Detailers. The wash was very satisfactory and drying it ok as well. where it went wrong was when they brought out Turtle wax spray wax, which is about the cheapest wax on the market. Not only that is not considered a quality hand Wax, meant maybe for maybe in between wax jobs. Your crew worked nonstop from the time they arrived, and I felt they were under pressure to hurry up from the office. They were good enough to use some quality wax that I still have and worked hard to make me a happy customer and for that you should give them credit. Because of that I tipped them in cash. Hopefully you will take this in the manner it was offered to improve your business.”
