“The young ladies unfortunately didn't seem to truly understand what they are doing. I had to point out several times, that they were supposed to look at a vehicle, assess what is needed, and then take pride in making it look like a new vehicle, but they clearly did not.”

“I thought the guys worked hard on my vehicle but noticed that they did not perform the listed items that were to be performed. The entire vehicle did not have a clay bar treatment, the clay bar that was used and was not fresh which left scratches in my paint. Wheels were not cleaned all the way, areas where not even addressed. Disappointed in that this was suppost to be the best package offered. ”
