“Hello, The overall detailing was good. However, the technician who did the detailing, chipped off my volume control slider in my Cadillac Escalade and did not even inform me about the incident. When called Cardetailing.com customer care and talked to Jacob, they mentioned to raise a support ticket. Please help me remediate this issues ASAP.

“The service was very poorly done, his attitude was bad, he did the detailing lacking of finish, left the windows spotted, left the hose end in the floor, the doors were not detailed, neither the seats. It was very POOR, and bad done. Very disappointed”
