“A young person was sent that had NEVER cleaned a bike before. He said he didn't even know he was doing a bike until he got here. Even after speaking to someone that was a supervisor, he still was unable to do the expected job. $175 paid for something I could have just had the neighbor kid do. Lesson learned I guess. I do not blame the kid, it was his first time. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. You can look at the before and after pictures and see there is really no difference. The only thing that looks clean is the front tire. I walked outside and wiped, with my fingers, the dead bugs off the bike and the road grime on the pipes.”
