“I sent you all an email itemizing all the first technician missed with a few pictures You send a second technician and he too did not get most of the things the first technician missed. While I appreciate the effort of sending a second person, they too were not able to do what your website says they will do. I hope going forward, your company puts as much effort into training your techs as you have into your online technology, reservation system, and customer service personnel because you have excelled at those parts of your business model.”

“The guys did a great job with detailing. Very pleased.. but not too pleased with updates about their delay to arrive.. window was 8:00-11:00… received text of delay of 11:45… never arrived until almost 1:00.. and not notified a second time of delay.. I even called and agent could not verify new arrival time.. so that part of your operation needs to improve ”
