“The technician doesn't like to pay attention to details seemed to me 'cause he couldn't see what I see that I considered important. I've never taken my car to a car detailer, but for $199 and 3 hours services, my Scion is not huge or full of stains, just needs detailing in areas nestled in corners that are dusty. I think a steamer works well to clean anything, but your steamer is heavy duty and looks bulky. How will the detailer able to use it unless he's got lots of parts to use with the steamer to get the job done like different shapes of steamer heads to reach hard to reach places in the vehicles. Perhaps what you offer in your super interior package doesn't include what I wanted which is vacuum out all the dusts in the car. Your technician says he will do what customers wanted done for their vehicels, but that may not be in the descriptions of the $199 package I think? But thanks for using a steamer to do the job this time, it would save more gas if the steamer wasn't heavy.”

“The technician only spent 2 hours time due to my car being tinted dark on the windows and he couldn't see clearly after 5 pm all the missing spots that are not clean in detail such as corners of the car seats/ seat belts/ transmission compartment/ and lints on floor mats and just dusts in areas where I care the most hidden in corners. The deep shampoo didn't work to fragrant the car and don't know if I could trust your technician in the future to do car detailing jobs again that cost $199 and promised a long list of cleaning tasks but when technician wasn't prepared to do his job such as owing a flashlight while working to see more clearly, don't know how competitive your services are to other car detailers. Thanks.”

“I already call your customer service on. 6/18 whennyour mechanic was on the job about the diss a tisfsction of the job.paying 189.00 should give a very hood cleaning.My door railings were not cleaning properly.Stain of the upholstery not removed and he says he will remove the stais next time.He dont have a steam cleaner either.Your customer service person supposed to call me back.I am totally dissatisfied with your se.rvice.”

“Ryan did a very good job cleaning the carpet and seats, however I am very disappointed with the items he did not clean per our agreement , The windows were not cleaned inside or out. The head liner was not cleaned. The door jams were not cleaned. No signs or interior UV protection applied. I am very disappointed in the service I received and will not be a returning customer unless some sort of resolution can be agreed upon.”

“Great job overall. Very pleased. Noticed several streaks that weren't wiped down completely on the dash, interior of the door and the side of the car. Trunk needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, the car looked great.”
