“The end result was great and the technician did a good job. However it took him 5 hours. The main issue is that he asked me to call his manager (his manager didn’t call me), who then informed me that I needed to pay more (an error on my part) and that they were not the company that took the order, they didn’t know about the discount I received, and they would not have come all the way to Pacifica had they have known. This left a bad taste in my mouth as I was not aware of the fact it was not the company I had booked with and frankly, I don’t need to know those details - I just wanted my car detailed. I would think twice about using this service again, sadly.”

“Second car the trunk was untouched. Today against the sun, the glass is all dim and glare, I had to clean myself. Took all day, only one guy. But what really was shady and upsetting was the guy on phone pushing/demanding very rude almost gangster like. I am sorry for the employee doing his best having such a rude manager/boss. Inside suv is great though. Overall keep the employee and distance yourself from the third party company.”
