Unfortunately, the two dirty sun visors were missed and I didn’t notice until after Eric left. I would definitely use Detail.com again but I would be more thorough in going through the entire car once service is complete. ”

“I didn’t check the car out before I paid and detailer left (my mistake). Dude missed entire areas of the exterior and interior—my drivers side door interior wasn’t touched at all and still has visible dirt/gunk/fingerprints. There were multiple spots on the exterior that I could literally pick up dirt on by simply running my finger across. I paid for a car seat detail, but dude basically just soaked it in water (steam cleaned maybe?) and it’s still dirty—worse, he didn’t even clean out the car seat’s cup holders. They had lots of crumbs from food, and the “detailing” this guy did just made the crumbs wet, so my baby’s cup holders are just full of sticky gunk. I had to take a different car to pick her up from daycare today because the car seat in my car is just sopping wet. Even worse, detailer didn’t remove the car seat at all to clean the backseat!!!! He didn’t touch the seat back where my kid kicks her dirty shoes every day, and I’m assuming if I were to take the car seat out the seat underneath would be filthy. Look the guy washed the car, but this is not the detail I paid for or expected based on my past 2 experiences with detail.com, which were great. Pretty disappointed. Also not sure whose house that is in the photos, because it’s not mine. ”
