“The car was not extremely clean like I anticipated from a “detail”. Under the hood was not touched, visible dirt on all interior doors and seats. I was able to wipe away the dirt easily with a cloth so this shows me the job was rushed or not done with care. The wheel wells are caked with dirt still. This was not a detail at all. I should not have to spend an hour re cleaning my car after paying a premium to have it cleaned professionally. I tipped the cleaner before he completed the service because I had to hop on a work call. This was a mistake! Shortly after this he packed up and left and I was very disappointed with the job. They offered to do a re clean to make it right so I accepted. The morning of they informed me the employee would not be coming out after all. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the issue has not been resolved. ”
