“roof was left unwiped or waxed and dried bird poop and water spots all over it, the tires and wheels were cleaned but not dressed. interior windows were not cleaned nor was the interior tailgate window cleaned. some visible interior door metal in tailgate still has mud around it. Some work was done well but missing the entire roof and other items? I tipped the technician $50 cash, but I should have looked beyond the quick look.
I do not expect perfection i can cope with some parts overlooked but not easily visible stuff and not things promised on the gold package I bought. good but fare from B or A level work. i should have taken the car to dealership or other drop-off and return location in the area.”
