“Would have given a 5 but after the ladies left and I got in my car I realized the inside windows of the backseat were still gross (especially the one where my son sits). Also I knew my seats were wet but when I felt it I had brown sticky residue on my hand so I got paper towels and soaked up the frozen coffee I had spilled previously...you would have thought they would have done that. The stain was reactivated but needed a lot more work. Wish I wouldn’t have known before tipping 20% on an unfinished job. Still need to clean the windows...”

“The technician was here for maybe 45 min and I was informed that my full interior detail was completed and when I questioned the time in which in it was completed I was told that he was “speedy” and had just focused on what needed to be done. We paid extra for an oder removal and basically he poured two cans of cleaner on the seats which soaked them to the point where we now can’t drive the car for at least several hours. I’m beyond disappointed with this service and will not be using this company again. What a waste of money. Will be reevaluating if indeed the odor is gone or if was covered by the chemical smell. Use this company with caution!!!! ”

“Even though workers 1st day, the owner came out to check his work....I was very grateful for this...they took extra time to get stains out of seats and to polish the tires...very very good job!! Very pleased.... would highly recommend this company!!”
