“The tech did such a great job on my motorcycle. He made a bike that had been stored in a damp environment, and had rust and mildew starting on the chrome and leather, look good enough for the showroom floor. He was so meticulous and very professional. He was a little early for my appointment and stayed as long as he needed to do an outstanding job. Definitely a five star experience. ”

“My technician had his girlfriend with him. They were screaming at each other the entire time. I had to call the company and ask them to get them to quiet down. They denied the company ever came out. I had to personally go outside and ask them to stop. I was terrified. My kids did not need to hear the yelling. They were yelling every curse word in the book, the “n” word which I cannot stand to hear, and vulgar details of their sex life. He also left for about 2 hours without telling me anything then showed up and said he needed a quick break when I asked about it. The car does look a lot better, but the lack of professionalism from the technician ruined the entire experience for me and will keep me from using this company again. ”
