“I had a car detailed yesterday and I paid extra $95.00 for bio-waste remediation. Today I noticed that the detailer emptied his car vacuum full of hazardous rat bio waste into my garden planter of apple trees and rosemary in my yard. Is this how your company removes bio-waste material? This is not good work and is a health hazard. The detailer could've easily put it in my trash can in driveway if he wasn't gonna dispose of it properly. That would have been better than dumping it on the ground where my fruits and herbs that I eat from are growing. On top of that the actual “details” normally addressed when you pay for a car detailing (not just a regular car wash) were completely overlooked. When the detailer asked me to look at the car to get paid is when I noticed that no real “detailing” had been completed. The good thing was that he did a bit of detail to the things that I saw during my walkthru, with out an issue, so that was nice. Although there is still dirt/dust in the vents and spiderwebs on the rims… I still gave him a cold water and $20 tip before he left. But I would like a refund for the bio-waste remediation or have the retailer return to clean things up properly. At this point I have only been offered a 10% discount on my next detail. ”
