“Engine wipe down not done In the cab: missed the arm rest on the driver's side and front right corner of driver's seat. Did a superficial cleaning of the truck bed and then WAXED OVER THE DIRT!!! Now the truck bed has a red tinge to it where the wax and the dirt have interacted. I have to figure out how I'm going to get the waxed dirt off without damaging the paint. He only spent 1.5 hours on the job - it seems he was in a hurry.”

“Most of the car looked great, but the next morning when my mother drove it in the daylight, the inside of the windows and window shield were so smeared she had to pull over and wipe them down before she could finish driving to work. This was her mother’s day gift, and it’s such a disappointment that it wasn’t perfect, especially for the cost.”
