“Carpet was not shampooed, they sprayed stuff on it. Car roof not waxed. Vehicle was not properly waxed. Detailer showed up injured - had his sister with him to do the helping. Want this wax job redone! ”

“The men was very respectful, The cleaning took about an hour but I think they need to pay more attention to detail, my inside of my back window was not cleaned and you can see water marks like water was running down my inside window. Upper dashboard of my car looked beautiful and shiny except they missed a huge spot where the front window connect to the dashboard (dry long rectangle spot). My back seats come down and I know the didn't touch the rug part of it because when you open my trunk you can see a lot of dirt and debri. Overall my car looks great, next time I will take my time looking over the job before paying.”
