“none of the trim was cleaned or even washed, wheels have soap and compound left on them. The buffing is blotchy but I understand it was oxidized so I am not disappointed with that. It is not a finished clean/detail for 900.00”

“the technician's work was great, but his boss called me several times to delay my appt. or canx it. I requested 10 - 1, it was scheduled for arrival between noon - 3 and he didn't arrive until after 4:30.”

“Incredibly impressed with this car technician. My car was BAD. Like, really serious youtube-satisfying-car-cleaning bad. He got my car almost as good as new and stayed till the job was done. Changed my mind on trading in the car and found a spare key I'd lost between seats. He also never made me feel worse than I already did about how much of a mess it really was. 10/10, would recommend.”
