“I am happy with the cleanliness of the car but he took the floor mats and laid them on the hood of my 1965 Mustang hood to clean them. That is a classic car! But that doesn't even matter. He shouldn't be laying the mats on ANY car to clean them. I was furious and had to tell him to remove them. Apparently he has no common sense. Perhaps you shouldn't contract out to Galdy's mobile auto detail again.”

“The provider never let me know he was finished so I could review his work - he just left. The work was unsatisfactory: There were water streaks on body panels; buffing compound clumps on the fender; bird poop flecks were left over; all four wheels were sprayed with a liquid that wasn’t wiped off; the front and back mats were vacuumed but not shampooed, which I paid for; the trunk carpet wasn’t touched at all. ”
