“I was told by the "live chat person, Jon" that the method of cleaning the interior seats was shampoo and steam cleaning. When my car detailer arrived, he said he did NOT steam clean seats, and didn't know why your company would say that. He assured me that his method would produce good results. He did do good work, but I did not get the "deep clean" that I expected and was told I would receive. When I paid the bill, it was to a different company name than yours, at which time I realized this was a sub-contractor & he agreed that he had bid on the job. I think your company should be up front with this information and not mislead customers. Luckily, this sub-contractor did a good job even without the steam cleaning. I am more irritated with your company than with the gentleman who detailed our car.”
