“I was told it took two men about four hours to complete the service, that they set up a shade tent, and would be here at 1-2 PM. One man showed up at a little after 5PM, did not set up shade, and was rushing to beat the dark. About dark he came to the door and said he finished. It was 6:35 PM. It was to dark to really check the car out by then and he had already put his gear in his van. I went over the checklist to see all he was pale to do and several were either not done or done poorly. We try to be gracious to everyone and gave him a small $5.00 tip. Before he left he said if it took two men 3-4 hours to complete the job the price would be triple. I feel your ad is untruthful and if it only takes one man to do a complete inside and outside detailing, the customer should be warned. I called two detailers and they said it would be next to impossible for one man in 1 1/2 hours to do all the things promised in your "GOLD" service. I feel that the $134.00 was bad.”
