“The initial technician that was scheduled did not show or call to say they would be late or unable to come. When calling into the service itself I had to call multiple times to get the answer that no one was coming. The only compensation that was given was 10$ off. The next technician was scheduled for 8 am the next day. They Skipped doing the head liner. Windows are still a mess with tree sap on the windshield all the passenger side windows are foggy. The tech did warn that all the dog hair in the back would not all come out but after acknowledging this it doesn't look as if an attempt was made to remove any as I can still easily brush the hair away with my hand. techs were kind. Every other aspect of the cars look like new. Performed a miracle on the seats of my cars after kids destroyed them. All in all way over priced for the job done. Will not do this again. Feels like a giant waste of time after waiting for one tech to not show and being stuck at my house all day for subpar job”
