“The young man that came out the 2nd time worked VERY hard to make it right. He tried repeatedly to remove the smears from the windshield but I think he didn't have the tools he needed to get the job done properly. I had to provide him with a ladder to reach the center of the roof and windshield. I would have given HIM a 5 but the company needs to either provide the workers with the proper tools whether it be physical tools or training. ”

“The technician was nice and the car looked good in the garage. Once I pulled it out the windshield still had debri on the center area and a film on the inside. I would prefer more shine to leather interior and tires but to be fare, I didn’t specify that.”
