“I sent an email earlier - the windows, which I paid extra to have done with the RainX, are smeared. They are so dirty, it's dangerous to drive at night. I'd like to hear back from you on recompense, or for you to schedule the tech to come back and do them right. ALL of them are smeared - as if the rag he used on the windows, he first used to apply tire treatment.”

“Not happy . He was there for over 3 hrs yet I had to take my own wax to many spots . The exterior was barely touched . Inside was pretty ok but many spots missed ”
