“You’ve got a lot of nerve coming back to me for a tip! There was a string of cars bedsides mine coming and going and using my water the whole time he was here. I don’t know how many cars he cleaned while he should have just been cleaning MINE. I went out several times to ask what was going on. The first time he said his boss needed his car cleaned, but I could not imagine his boss would take time away from his scheduled customer. He was here he was using my water for 3 1/2 hours! Finally, he said he was done, but when I asked if he had done the trunk and he hadn’t, so it took even longer! Shady. Shady business! ”

“The service tech did an awesome job. He was very pleasant and he worked very hard. The car is over 20 years old and looks brand new. The carpet was shampooed to perfection.we are so pleased!”

“Terrible. Detailer left with the keys. Didn’t follow directions. Worker was standing on my bumper, truck is not cleaned at all I have them on camera. The guy stood on my front bumper and dented/ bent it off the frame. Scratched and buffing burn marks all over and removed paint from my front grill. It’s literally the worst situation anyone could have happened. Probably 3-4 k of damage . I can’t leave my house bc the truck is in the driveway and they left with the keys. Not to mention I have contractors coming tomorrow that won’t be able to get get in my driveway and this service will not answer their phone. They hired un qualified bums that totally messed up everything and charged me 600 dollars. ”
