“Jeff had to come back a second time after unacceptable service the first time. I was unable to inspect the vehicle when it was complete because the detailer was late arriving and I had to. leave. He was scheduled to arrive today between 12:00 and 2:00 PM and arrived at 8:15 AM with no prior notice. I had planned to be home when the service was completed, however I had to leave at 8:30. He said he’d still be there when we returned but he was gone and I could not inspect the car once again. The service is adequate, but due to the fact that it had to be redone, and he didn’t arrive even close to scheduled times either time, I would not use this service again. ”
