“the technician was excellent, my car was dirtier than he expected so we didn't quite finish exterior but the interior was amazing! I had a pressing appointment so couldn't allow him to finish, which he very much wanted to do. Scheduling process was challenging, after specifying my first pick and second pick, I was scheduled for both, then had to track down how to cancel. Even now I am writing a review for a completed service, technically before it happened. ”
