“The car looks good in general, but streaky front window, back seat not completely cleaned, floor mats still visibly dirty. Halfway thru tech tells me “by the way... there is an additional $75 charge if there is pet hair - but there really isn’t that much so I can either call it in and add to your bill or you can give me $40 in cash”. Told him I didn’t have any cash. He later said he did have to call it in (since I didn’t have cash) but would only charge me $50. I sent an email regarding the floor mats with pictures, but NO response. The cost was less than going to a professional shop, but didn’t get the quality service I would have if I had. Once again - you get what you pay for. Won’t use them again.”
