“After having my boat & car clean 2 years in a row and very happy with the quality of the *detailing*, I was very disappointed with the person who was sent to *detail* my boat and at best surface clean the obvious, missing many details and compartments. He missed several areas and openings that I had to have him redo twice. He seem more interested in his cell phone. He left streaks of cleaner all over the chrome and still did not clean out one ladder area I specifically pointed out to him to clean. *If* I ever use cardeail.com again, I will turn this person away if he shows up. I have a couple sample pics of the missed areas...”

“I was not very happy with the cleaning of my seat it feels like sand paper. there are spots all over the truck. I didn't see him use any soap on the outside of the truck. He rinsed it with a power washer that didn't seem to be working properly and then towel dried it, he never touched the chrome tail pipes. I don't know what he put on the floor mats but they are so slippery I am afraid to put them in the truck until I clean the for fear of my feet sliding all over and with a standard shift that will not be good.There where brown stains on the seat that i was able to get off with some cleaner and scrubbing. So needless to say I am not happy and will NOT be using your services again.”
