“The guy who came with super nice. However I know for a fact that the seats and carpets were not shampooed. They were steamed because when I asked to see the dirty water where they were shampooed he said he dumped it on the ground but couldn't show me where there was no water. When I moved my car seats forward underneath them had not been cleaned at all. I thought the package came with a shampooing which was the main reason that I got the service there was also a stain on my back seat and I showed it to him and he takes a cleaner and a rag and wipes it and the stain came off but if it had been shampooed why you know it would have been cleaned to begin with. I'm just confused on what was advertised and what was done. Again he was very nice. There was dirt in between the car seats were you know he had not cleaned in there I thought a full interior detail would include those simple things specifically to shampooing thank you.”

“Waited till the evening before to let me know of extra charge for mold cleaning. Tech originally supposed to be there at noon but didn't arrive until 1:45 pm because dispatch gave him the wrong house number. He was given 3740 instead of 3704. ”
