“Our detailer, Jesse, was very good. It was a tough cleaning job for the interior of my son's SUV. His triplets trashed it with "snacks" and dirt over the past three years. “The technicians only spent 2 hours on my car as they said it was too clean and they had nothing else to do even though we paid for 3, They didn't clean behind the steering wheel, the entertainment center screen was left streaky and overall the car did not look clean enough for what one would expect for spending $250 on a detailing.. When I went out to check my car because they said they were done (after 1 1/2 hours), I asked them if they vacuumed under the seats and they said yes but then I looked under and they were completely dirty with full receipts and paper so I know they did not clean under it. Worst of all, the odor in my car did not go away. I booked your service because it said online (and I called to confirm) that you were capable of getting foul odors out of the car. This was unfortunately not the case at all. ”
