“For $229 plus a tip this was a bad job. I’m not even sure if they did everything included in the package. I reminded them to do the trunk which they forgot about. The carpets and doors are pretty dirty still. Overall a bad job”

“Hello, The overall detailing was good. However, the technician who did the detailing, chipped off my volume control slider in my Cadillac Escalade and did not even inform me about the incident. When called Cardetailing.com customer care and talked to Jacob, they mentioned to raise a support ticket. Please help me remediate this issues ASAP.
