“The car detail tech (Alejandro) was very "cordial" but not professional! He drove up in a very unprofessional looking POV, we discussed what my "Gold Package" would entail & when I found out what was listed on the autodetail web site was not part of my package I agreed to giving him an additional $40 (not on my credit card by his own request) The total cost of my package ended up totaling $179. Before I signed off on the work I had to point out the many areas that Alejandro missed in the final stages of detailing my car. My car looked as if simply went through an carwash that cost me $179. What a WASTE of effort and resources I would NOT use this site again or recommend that anyone else use cardetailing.com. Additionally I spoke with (2) cardetailing associates in the processing of my job order requests, Jacob & Jessica were both professional but neither followed through with their promises to reverse an amount of $26 due to a misunderstanding., Bad experience all the way around ”
