They left the car VERY dirty, sand, dirt, windows uncleaned, no protective coating it honestly looked like I ran it through a cheap car wash. Then after working with customer service they sent someone new out and they did a fantastic job! Super clean, spotless, shining like a showroom. Exactly what you expect out of a detailing service.
