“This was not the thorough cleaning I was expecting. There was still dirt in all the crevices. The vents were still dirty. There was some dirt left on the door jams and trunk. The compartments were not cleaned thoroughly. There was gum in one of them, it was unstuck but then they just left it in the compartment. The vacuuming was not thorough. There was a plastic wrapper left between the seat and center console. No surface seemed to be cleaner than what you would expect from a simple wipe down. No effort was made to thoroughly remove dirt or grime. That's not what I call detailing. I paid for shampoo and steam clean. After seeing all the dirt and grime left on most of the surfaces and compartments, I am not confident that the shampooing and steam cleaning was all that thorough either. And he forgot to tell me to leave my windows cracked open for 48 hours, so now I might have mildew. For $288 (after %15 off) I was expecting more.”

“The end result was great and the technician did a good job. However it took him 5 hours. The main issue is that he asked me to call his manager (his manager didn’t call me), who then informed me that I needed to pay more (an error on my part) and that they were not the company that took the order, they didn’t know about the discount I received, and they would not have come all the way to Pacifica had they have known. This left a bad taste in my mouth as I was not aware of the fact it was not the company I had booked with and frankly, I don’t need to know those details - I just wanted my car detailed. I would think twice about using this service again, sadly.”
