“The service was not completed. Didn’t even vacuum and there was still dry dirt and grass left as well as seat stains that were not cleaned out even after asking to be redone. I have my own after pictures as soon as the technician was trying to leave. The before and after photos on the email were literally the exact same before and after the cleaning. I will not be paying for a service that has not been done and I talked to Wren about getting this resolved by Monday. If it gets charged to my card I will deny through my bank.”
