“The young ladies were very polite. Unfortunately, my vehicle windows all remain the same. They look the same as before they were cleaned. The young ladies explained that the windows were oily. I don’t quite understand that statement. Yet, regardless there should’ve been a solution to deal with oily windows! My windows remain looking as if there is some kind of film over them. It’s not a clear look at all. So yes, that disappoints me greatly. ”

“Technician was excellent. Prompt, personable and detailed. He did a fantastic job! Recommendation. I strongly recommend you change the verbage in your documentation and instructions to include telling customers that if they do not remove upholstery covers, then the technicians will only clean the covers NOT the upholstery. Your instructions only state to remove personal Al items before the technician arrives. Luckily I had a conscientious technician who stayed and cleaned my upholstery after I disclosed that there are NO instructions or information for customers to remove upholstery coverings if they want their upholstery cleaned. I highly recommend you add this information for clarity. If you add this information, then the customer is responsible and not the technician. I would have been very upset if I had a technician that refused to clean my upholstery and only did the covering. This is especially true for NEW customers.”
