“Lucas connected his headset to our radio and unfortunately it is now out of whack— it changed the set up I had saved. Kind of a mess and difficult for me. In future I would like him to use his own phone. ”

“The cleaning was very surface level. It looked very nice until you actually inspected it closely. That’s not even the brunt of it. The technician broke my car seat and when I tried to get to a resolution he was so rude about it and refused to provide a customer service number. Now a new expense to get my seat fixed.”
